Chivitos

Chivitos are worth the trip to Uruguay. A tough little cut of steak cooked up fast and served on a bun just like a burger.

Why I want to go to this place

I want to go back and feel at peace in those old streets. Walk the Marigny in the early morning before the city wakes up and idle away time in the Quarter playing pool and taking it all in. Shooting pictures of the Quarter and loving everyminute of the food, the sin and the magic that is New Orleans.

Not a lot of friends left there since Katrina tore it all up but still a few remain.
