Blue Lagoon, Reykjanes

Nice one day, only ok another.

I went twice on a recent trip to Iceland. The first day it was really nice. The second day it was really eratic, it was nearly impossible to find a location that wasn’t either too hot or too cold. And sitting in one place it would vary from too hot to too cold.

After soaking, I recommend getting a hot dog with everything. The everything includes crunchy onions.

It was worth visiting, but if the first day had been like the second, I would have been really disappointed.

Great place.

I recently went for a conference. I was very surprised by the town, lots of stuff happening in the harbor area and many things to see.

I was surprised.

Lots of stuff to do, a lot of it is free, and great public transit. On the down side, hotels are very expensive, but you can stay on the outskirts as long as you’re close to a metro station.
