Worth visiting!
I lived here for a year as an exchange student. Great little city (little only by Japanese standards, about 100,000 people) at a comfortable distance from Tokyo (~2 hrs by train or car). If you go, try to find out when the azaleas are blooming as this is the city flower and they have a very impressive city park full of them!

Beautiful & remote – this is a great place to go if you’re one of those who never wants to do anything ordinary.
Not worth it!
You know all those places where people say “it’s nice to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there”? Well Andover, MN is the opposite. Mostly it’s just houses. Nice houses, nice neighborhoods and schools, not too close or too far from the city, but practically nothing to do for a tourist.
