Earlier this month I had gone down to Foxwoods for my birthday, and I thought it was a pretty nice casino. But, then on our way back we stopped at Mohegan, and damn I was impressed. It seems cleaner than Foxwoods. Only caveat, they were super strict on checking ID’s … kind of a bummer when you’re trying to have a good time.

Yeah, Torrington … not exactly “destination vacation” ... but it can be pretty in the summer and fall. Stop by some time.
