it’s kinda like Ann Arbor, Michigan (where i live) but with more people, and more activity. but it’s also laid back. not just a tourist place, but a place to live.

over 6 years agoi love it in ocracoke! you can ride your bike everywhere. Everyone is sooo nice! the beaches are awesome…and actually was on the travel channel’s america’s best beaches list (i believe). It’s most fun when you stay in a rented house, and not in a hotel. and bring your own bike with you. and be careful in the ocean! don’t go too far out because my boyfriend got stung by a jellyfish. he was fine though, it just hurt for a few days.
over 6 years agowent here for my cousin’s wedding.
over 6 years agoI went for a soccer tournament. the city was really fun, especially riding the trolley cars. There’s lots of fun museums. Suprisingly the streets were well-kept and clean for a city. Lots of good places to eat.
over 6 years agoi went with my family to visit my brother. It was really fun. He was like our own personal travel guide. i liked the subway, and the giant toys .r. us store, and the m&m store. It was my first time going to the virgin megastore! and to central park! it was way fun.
