Not very boarder friendly, but absolutely gorgeous!

I went to San Diego for a conference, but did quite a bit of site seeing too. La Jolla Cove was one of my favorite places. There is a closed beach where seals come up on shore. It’s really cool. I loved the laid back atmosphere and the fact that I totally fit in wearing my Reefs everywhere!

Best venue in the DC area. Period.

Black Crowes – Easter Sunday 2005.

The show rocked! The venue was great! Don’t pay for seats. It’s a waste of money. The best place to be is right in front of the stage! It’s a great place to catch your favorite bands right up close.

But not a very kynd venue…compared with others in the city.

String Cheese Incident New Year’s Eve 2004. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Loved Radio City!!

I saw Jack Johnson and Matt Costa here a few years ago. It was an awesome show!! You get lost in the music and almost forget you’re in the middle of the city…

I LOVE Amherst. Only wish I’d gone to college there instead of Indiana.

Definitely have to go to Antonio’s and Bueno y Sano!!

I’m a HUGE concert-goer. There are definitely much better venues in NYC to visit than Jones Beach. I’ve seen several shows here, and just wasn’t terribly impressed…

If there was a show I really wanted to see, of course I’d still go. But it’s not my first choice of venues in NY.

And the saratoga chips… My mouth is watering! :-)

Some parts of the state are pretty. I have family in the Lexington area. There are a lot of horse farms with HUGE barns – as big as houses – for the horses. It’s something different to see when they hang all the tobacco leaves up in the barns to dry… Maybe not the greatest idea of fun and pretty…but a different experience.

Mammoth Cave is a cool place to visit.

Kentucky Kingdom was always fun when I was a kid…
