Christy Moore sings “If it’s music you want then go to Clare”; I would love to spend some time in the local pubs and sessions possibly even finding some local pipemakers.

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: A bit disappointing

The last time I was here it was a bit disappointing that everything was cordoned off and “protected” from tourists (like myself). It’s hard to get a feel for the place when you can’t touch anything. I enjoyed the standing stones at Avebury much more.

This being said, there is only one Stonehenge! Just don’t shell out any major coin for visits/tours/etc.
