Paricutin Volcano, Michoacán

Family tradion

Ever since I remember, we go to Paricutin every time that we go to Mexico. It is about a four-six hour drive (depending on traffic) from my grandparents house. We climb the rocks and go see the ruins and what is left of the San Juan Viejo (old san juan) church. We also stop by San Juan Nuevo (new) and spend the day there. I can’t wait to go again in two years!

Tip: Take the right kind of shoes! My aunt didn’t and she almost slipped off one of the rocks!

I live here!

I love Washington and although I live in Quincy, a very small town, I wouldn’t like to move. Here in Quincy they are building a Yahoo! and a Microsoft building and they are making more houses. It’s getting bigger. Some nice places to go in Washington are Seattle, Olympia, and pretty much everywhere else in the state!
