great shopping, outdoor dining…a great way to spend an afternoon

Miami was a beautiful city, and it didn’t hurt that we had perfect weather the entire time we were there. I went on a work-related trip, so I didn’t have too much free time, but I loved it…and definitely want to return for pleasure!

If you’re into rides, you’ll have a good time (provided it’s a semi-cloudy day and the lines aren’t too long). If you’re not, then it’s probably a waste of money for ya.

I loved visiting Strawberry Fields; I’ve stopped by at least three times. Each time that I’ve gone, there’s been a small group of people—and, inevitably, someone strumming an acoustic guitar and singing old Lennon and/or Beatles songs (the crowd occasionally sings along).

I went with a class trip as a kid, then again in high school…and with my family a year or so ago. The historical area of the city is incredibly clean, lots to see if you’re into history. I’m not especially into that kind of thing, but it’s still worth checking out, definitely.

I went to Toronto with a group of people who had never visited the city before, so none of us knew what to do or where to go to have a good time. As a result, we ended up in some expensive boutique-type stores, bought nothing, and…well, that’s all we did, really. I wish that we’d had some more time to explore (and a tour guide or veteran of the city)...I’d go back and give it another shot after doing some research.

I’ve been to Disney World three times, but the last time was about eight years ago. I’m due for a return trip…even though I’m 22, I’ll always be a Disney fan at heart.

I spent the first 21 years of my life on Long Island. I can’t afford to live there, but I still miss it like crazy - the beaches, the people, the communities, the local bands and shows. It’s a great place to grow up - though my friends and I couldn’t wait to get off the island, I kinda miss it now.

I went in August and had a blast! I went for a work conference (I’m a ballroom dance instructor) but had the nights free to explore. It’s a beautiful city, lots to see and experience…definitely worth checking out. I’d go again!
