They say the Giant’s Causeway is ‘worth seeing but not worth going to see’ – I’d agree with that. It’s really not that big a deal, and considering we drove for three hours to get there I was hoping it would be a little more interesting – it’s a nice walk though. The bit that’s really worth going for is the cafe – go for a hot chocolate afterwards, makes the whole trip worthwhile!

This was a big surprise for me and my brothers when we were younger – we only went for the day but it was a fantastic experience! Rode on a sledge pulled by huskies and a sledge pulled by reindeer, rode on a snow mobile and met the real Santa :) and it was all on top of a frozen river… Beautiful, absolutely worth going.

Have been twice – its a beautiful country! Go in the winter when it’s snowing, it’s fantastic! People are lovely too, and there’s just so much to do…
