Cape Breton, Nova Scotia

Amazing

Cape Breton is beautiful and fascinating. It’s worth venturing inland in addition to driving around the coast – there are beautiful forests and bogs to be found. The coast itself was the inspiration for Helen Frankenthaler’s “Mountains and Sea”. I also highly recommend the “Bird Island” boat tours given somewhere nearby!
