I grew up in the town of Kingfisher and later in the town of Mustang. I love this state and I miss it terribly…although it is in storm central, it is an excellent place to live and visit. We always lived close to Oklahoma City, which is an awesome place for shopping…although it is nothing compared to big cities like Seatte, WA. All in all, this was a wonderful place to live…nice people, nice towns, and some of the best burgers on earth (The Burger Shoppe – Kingfisher, OK). Check it out today!!!

I live in this one horse town…and trust me, you ain’t missing much.

I just visited Seattle, WA this past summer for a week…and it was so fantastic!!! I live in Murray, Kentucky and visiting Washington was so great! The weather in KY, for those of you who don’t know, is so horrible…it’s constantly humid, miserable, and blah! I so want to move to Seattle…it’s the sort of place where there is always a band playing, where you can wear a jacket outside and not sweat (impossible in KY), and it’s close to the home of my favorite band in the world (MxPx)! Plus, there’s tons of stuff to do…lots of shopping and lots of great food! I definitely give it 5 stars!!
