Aurora, Illinois
The Homeland
There isn’t a whole lot here for being Illinois’ second largest city. There is a lot of ghetto and such, but there are cool people if you look. And we’re getting entire city wi-fi! dances

over 5 years agoThe picture is of the Shasta Dam, second largest in the country if I recall correctly. I would like to note that Redding does not look like that except during the rainy season when things are green. The other half of the year the heat is sweltering (around 110 during the day, 45 at night) and the humidity is non-existent. It is an absurd place to live, and doesn’t seem like much better to visit.
Good luck, travelers.
