there was this band that was like jamming and making wierd ambient noises and at the end of their set one of the musicians takes off his clothes and spreads mayonase all over his body and starts running through the audience trying to get people to lick mayo off him

This is a very nice newish building on the campus of Washtenaw Community College. Most visits to this building are within context of educational activities at the college, however, there is a very nice auditorium which hosts notable public events (Multi-Grammy winner Earl Klugh performed a concert in 2006, after giving a workshop for musicians the day before). The atrium area is a multi-purpose space and is used for several expos, job fairs and trade shows each year. It would not be sensible to visit this place without a purpose, but it would definitely be worthwhile to watch for public events that you find interesting. It is a nice building.
