I’ve been there twice now and I can’t get enough. Best way to get around is definitely the subway. Max out their public transpo. If you are going to go to a lot of landmarks, it might make sense to get a New York City (Day) Pass! I highly recommend taking the Sex and the City tour, and watching WICKED :D

Very nice, quaint little town with lots of antique and “old world” shops. There’s this bakery there you have to check out – I unfortunately don’t remember the name right now, but they are known for their lemon meringues, among many other deserts. Also check out Becker Vineyards and Lavender Fields at nearby Stonewall – great wines and lavender products!

I naturally went to the Outlet Malls :P

Ocean lovers’ heaven!

This is a SCUBA Diver’s Haven. If you ever have the chance to go, be sure to take a dive in Blue Corner and the German Channel. Also check out the Mandarin Fish!!!

If you love beaches, you’ve got to go here. Sadly, though, the area has become very commercialized. Might be better options out there for more quiet.

Spectacular natural sites (lots of trees – especially gorgeous in autumn!), retirement, golf.

Very pretty drive coming in from AR.

I really enjoyed the beach. Very near Laguna Beach, too!
