I grew up in Halsa, even though I was born in Oslo. Halsa is a small but incredibly beautiful place. 1700 inhabitants, 304 square kilometers, 0 hotels (alas), nice fjords.
Halsa enjoyed brief fame when Keiko settled there after being fired.
over 5 years agoI live in Norway, but I’ve been to this place in Vienna 5 times. Every time has been like coming home. The atmosphere is intimate and lovely. God, I wish I was there right now. Being there is a must if you go to Vienna, and Jazzland would make the trip worth it.
