did not like it
In memphis almost everything is old and about 50% of the buildings are abondoned. However, I can tell its getting alot better and I can recognize some improvements from the previous time i went their. In 10 years, it will probably be really cool. If your nto real estate i suggest you buy a condo in downtown cheap and renovate it, so you can sell it then and be get a ton of money. They try too hard to get tourists though and have a “trolley” which seems pretty cool, well atleast i though…When i saw it, its just a bus that looks like a trolley that drives tourists around the city to attractions.
