I have purchased my tickets, actually I used my husband’s air miles, in April, so I’m headed to Nairobi in September 2007.

I am going to volunteer in an orphanage for 2 weeks. I used the organization Global Volunteer Network www.volunteer.org.nz.

I expect it to be a life-changing experience, give me more of an appreciation for the life that I have. An experience that I will hold on too for all of my life. It will tug at my heart, especially since I am a mother now, but I hope I can do some longstanding good there, make a difference to those that need it.

My inlaws live here (near Marbella), they retired to this area so we are fortunate enough to go at least every other year.
