Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista

You better have alot of patience

I loved taking the kids to Disney. We went in October 2004 when our daughter was 9 and our son was 15 months. The crowds weren’t all that bad, and the heat was tolerable. It was fun, but at the same time very stressful. I felt rushed trying to cram as much as I possibly could into a week. It would have been more enjoyable for everybody if my husband were a more patient person, but overall I had a blast.

Little Five Points, Atlanta

Diversity to the max

I love to visit Little Five Points in Atlanta. You see all kinds there: freaks, hippies, goths, families, and even homeless people. It is a cultural experience with lots of cool shops. One of the best places I know of to sit and people watch.

Monterey, Monterey County

Untitled

I was born in Monterey…so technically, I guess I have BEEN there. The thing is, we moved away when I was a baby and I have never been back to California. I’d love to go visit, especially since all the photos I’ve seen of the place are beautiful.
