We were double booked at both the beginning of this trip and the end of this trip, on our 3rd night we actually arrived at the condo to find all of our belongings packed up and put in the corner of the room on the floor and told they had double booked us so we had to move out……

We ended up staying the night even though we were forced to wait for confirmation from the owner via phone call from the US. When I complained about our treatment he offered us 2 nights of credit in the future and no refund! We WON’T be going back. Plus if you are in a downstairs apartment then the noise from the upstairs apartments is very loud, we had a staircase running alongside our inner wall and we were woken up at night from people going up and down. The best thing about the place was the nice gardens. In summation, we paid for 4 nights but only had 2 good nights, it was noisy and when they made a real mistake by packing up all of our stuff they offered no refund for their mistake.
