Cold cold cold Winters, Spring where everything grows as high as an elephant’s eye. Hot hot hot summers, and fall when all the corn is harvested. Small town America. I liked the summers here best.

Located at the former Union Pacific Railroad station in the heart of Omaha, I spent a wonderful 2 hours in this museum about the history of Nebraska. Then 1 spent another hour looking at the Pulitzer prize photo exhibition. It was well worth the visit.

I grew up in this area and drove or rode my bike down here a few times. I have a lot of good memories visiting this town and there is a town museum that is worth visiting as well. Stop and enjoy!
