Found the nicest little bakery/sweet shop called Just Add Sugar. Highly recommend it!

First, if you go on Sunday, you can get in for no set admission fee—just pay what you wish.

Second, this is an impressive museum. I’m not the artsy type, and I was absolutely moved to tears by the beauty and the age of the works there. I cannot wait to go again!

The Ocean Dome at the Seagaia! Wow!

I would go there every year if I could afford it!

Wonderful guided tours, too. It’s a shame they are so restrictive as to what you may photograph.

We are going in mid-January! I can’t wait!

But after reading about bioluminescent bays, this place is on my list. I would love to see the bay and swim in it. What a wonderful experience that would be!

We had a great time touring Warwick Castle. The grounds are beautiful and the different sections of the castle are decorated from different time periods. The addition of wax figures makes it feel even more realistic, particularly the final scene of the Kingmaker drama. We climbed to the top of Guy’s Tower, which I would not recommend for the out of shape or faint hearted—it was quite a haul…. breathtaking view once we got there, however.

It’s wonderful to walk around in the cool caverns when it is beastly hot outside. The caverns are beautiful—I took way too many pictures of all the cool rock formations.

I’ve been here twice, both times in April when the fountains were dry. I’d like to go back and see the water shows that they have - sounds impressive. But even with the fountains dry, there was so much to see - gorgeous flowers and plants of all varieties. We spent the better part of a day there and took loads of pictures. I’ve heard it’s also beautioful at Christmas time, too.
