I LOVE DC. I feel a little traitor-ish saying that, as I grew up very near NYC, but I love DC. Number one thing I love, honeslty, is their subway system, I think the Metro is stupendous. My husband grew up very near DC and we’re hoping to one day settle down near it. It’s a beautiful, historic city, with just…something for evreyone.

On a cross country trip in 2002 my family and I drove through NM. So beautiful, absolutely want to go back and spend some more time there.

I lived here for 4 years, as I spent my undergraduate career there. It really is a nice city as long as you make the most of it. The tourist area is definitely worth a visit, although I don’t know if you could spend more than a long weekend there. Surrounding areas are nice also if you want to drive a little. Don’t delve too far into the “city” part though, it can get a little sketchy. Fells Point is always fun at night!

Used to go to Boston every few years with family when very young. Fondest memories of sitting in Quincy market eating “big girl” food while little brother was still in stroller. Went with my now-husband for our Spring Break and year and a half ago, just as great as I remembered! Although…chillier than I was used to for March! Oh and brother (the one who was in stroller), now goes to school there! Unfortunately too far away to visit right now :)

Not born, but raised in NY, about an hour north of the city. Close enough where the city feels like home because we visited enough, but far away enough where it wasn’t my life. Actually lived across the street from a horse farm, if that can give you an idea of how different the rest of the state is. A really great place, definitely worth a visit, but then, I’m quite partial to it. Will be back to visit family there in a few weeks!

Get a Dole Whip! They’re in Adventureland of Magic Kingdom near the Jungle Cruise. As far as I know you can only get them there, and at the Dole Plantation on Oahu where I live now.

I LOVE Disney, I’ve been there more times than I can count!

I’ve been living on Oahu for the past 6 months, and my husband and I just recently visited the Big Island of Hawaii for Thanksgiving. It’s a beautiful place, and I am more than willing to give advice to anyone. Also, if you happen to be military, I have a few more suggestions, as the is highly populated with military persons, and there are lots of discounts you can get with your ID.

Our next vacation spot will hopefully be Maui, sometime this summer!

I love living here, although I don’t know that I would suggest visiting it unless you need a stop for gas on your way to the North Shore. It is definitely an area that has experienced a boom in the past few years, although I myself have only been living here a few months. Anyway, it is a busy little town, and just the sort of place I like to live in!
