I once drove past this area but haven’t exited the freeway to check it out. Took a great drive along the 5 down to Oceanside, took the 78 over to Escondido and the 15 up to Temecula. Saw the signs for Rainbow near Fallbrook and think it’s a pretty area. I just love exploring the whole state :)
Worth visiting!
Haven’t been here in a while since I graduated and moved away. But the vegetable lasagna was always excellent there. It came with a nice, creamy sauce…yum!
Signal Hill is completely surrounded by the city of Long Beach. I’ve read about the great views you can get from the park – sounds awesome!
