Madrid is my favorite city. I lived in Madrid for about 3 years while attending an international university. The city is full of life—the architecture, art, shopping, food, night life.. all wonderful. There is a lot to see and do here. Go to el museo del Prado, Reina Sofia, parque del bueno retiro (listen to the drums on the weekends), mercado de fuencarral (eclectic shopping), el rastro, party in chueca (gay Madrid)...there are so many things to do. there is an interesting underground madrid…bars, music, etc. so ask me..
