I’d almost forgotten them…..

Another local family and I shared the cost of a $90 membership. Since parking and the children’s exhibits are included, our 1st visit paid for our 1/2 of the membership. On my non-pay weekends, packing a picnic and heading to Brookfield made some of our best Chicago memories.

If you Must fly into O’Hare be smart and brave enough to trade the $40+ cab ride into downtown for the subway. It comes into the airport, no need to go outsie. It’s the beginning of the line so you will have room for you and your luggage. A little under an hour (15 min more than the cab ride). All for the low low price of $2.00. Use the money you save for Pizza at Gino’s East and Popcorn from Garrett’s.

Better still, fly into Midway

La Perla, Sony, Sak’s, Bloomingdale’s, Lunch at Spiaggo, window shop in the Water Tower Place, have dessert in The Cheesecake Factory on the lower level of the Hancock Building, see the view from the top of the Hancock, stand in line for Garrett’s Cheese and Caramel Popcorn, ....entirely too much to do

The box suites are really the best way to enjoy an event. It’s a bit pricey but a group of 20 can have a nice time with an attended deli and bar and VIP parking

I want to go here because I’m not sure how long it will still exist and it would be shameful to never have had an opportunity to visit Neverland
