A tip I have about this place
You can try any pickle (or just get a couple to go), two for a dollar!

Oh my god, is it ever crowded on the weekend.
Also, the last shuttle run to Port Authority will have at least two buses, so don’t worry about not making it on.
Lastly (because the IKEA website doesn’t say), delivery to NYC works as follows:

It’s small. Small small. And always crowded. If you’re with a stroller, leave it outside.

Quite possibly my favorite part of the park. It’s relatively quiet, although there aren’t too many places to sit and enjoy it. Good place for bird watching—I saw black-capped chickadees and cardinals despite the 100 degree heat.

I ate pierogies until I could no longer walk. I recommend trying it yourself.

I was just a country mouse in the big city when my fiancé took me here and, I admit, I was baffled: Cuban-Chinese food? “It’s great,” he insisted, “you’ll love it.” And I did. And I still do.
The service can be a little brusque, but the food is worth it. Even if you waddle out completely stuffed, be sure to get a cup of cafe con leche to go.

The dumplings were good - not quite as doughy I usually like, but still good - and very fresh. The sandwiches on sesame pancakes are awesome. Much like a bánh mì, with cilantro and carrots. And cheap! My husband and I stuffed ourselves for $10.

If for no other reason, so you can go, “dude, did I really just pay six bucks for a peanut butter sandwich?”

You won’t believe how much is crammed into this tiny store: fresh sushi and onigiri, cakes and breads, snacks, candy, sodas and juice, frozen foods, groceries, health and beauty stuff, AND a video rental section.
