Bangkok, Central Thailand

I LOVE THIS TOWN!

Bangkok is great — hot, humid, gritty, noisy, busy, messy, glittering, gentle, colourful, cheap, delicious, full of culture and layers and suprises – I love it, have been to Thailand six times, spent about 18months there all together. Thais are warm hospitable people – its harmoniously chaotic, exotic as heck and fun. If you love shopping – Sat or Sun, you can’t beat Chaktuchak – the world’s largest weekend markets.

Sydney, New South Wales

Sydney Sydney Sydney

I’m a tad biased I admit it, Sydney is my home town, where I was born and grew up. Sydneysiders know they live in a very pretty city, lots of green, amazing harbor, weather that is usually fabulous. It’s got it’s laid back moods, pretty good laconic attitude, asian and british influences and most of the things a large world city has. Drawbacks? Far away, feelings of isolation sometimes despite open outlook to international community, it costs lots of money to get there or away. This can be a good thing too. In short – VISIT!
