If you plan to snorkle, keep your eyes open for sharks. We saw a white tipped reef shark….not know to be aggressive, but still…i was out of the water. =)

Get a kayak…its beautiful. Saw a few sea turtles.

The first night in oahu we had an full moon eclipse. the next morning we woke up and got to see the moon set, we walked down to Waimea Bay and enjoyed every minute of it….

The river is pretty awesome during the summer, but thats about all Needles has going for it….

We went when the sun was setting, which was awesome…but it was slightly cloudy. I could still see the entire city, which was awesome…but i could have seen more!! Great pictures though!!!

I held an aligator named fluffy!!!

Stay in Rico…its much cheaper and only about a 1/2 hour drive from the slopes. Plus there is an awesome B&B in town called the Rico Hotel and Mountain Lodge. One of the cutest places ive stayed, lots of character and GREAT food!!!
