Small store filled with the whole world
If you love looking at interesting stuff, go to this little store. It is on the corner of either Rice or University? and Greenbriar, I think, it is caddy corner to the stadium at Rice University. Anyway, it is a little old house filled with every ethnic, artsy, hippy, cool thing you could imagine from all over the world. If you are lucky, the owner will be there, she is an older lady with red dreadlocks and a french accent. She actually travelled all over the world to collect her inventory. Nothing ever goes on sale, she just keeps it till someone wants it. It is one of my very favorite places! I almost never leave without picking up something cool for myself.
