quiet, beautiful place

St. John is one of the most spectacular places I have been. It’s easy to get out of the crowds in Cruz Bay, then spend the day on isolated beaches. Snorkelling and sailing are plentiful and things that you really should do.

I grew up in Raleigh. The old part of the city near downtown is nice with a very good natural history museum, a historic neighborhood of victorian houses, and some real charm. The rest of the city is sprawl. One shopping center after another and bad traffic since Raleigh’s city planners never designed a useful transit system.
