I went for a short walk at Peggy’s Cove with Gwen today. The crashing waves and giant, smooth rocks were delightful.

Dean is a small, quiet and friendly community. I spent my entire childhood in it and most of my family lives there to this day. It’s a warm and pleasant place.

In Novemeber I-I will be holding an Integral Weekend Experiential Training session in Toronto and I’m making plans to attend it. I’m very excited to take part in the training and to see the city.

I’ve spent nearly all my life here in Nova Scotia and out of all the places in North America I still find it the most exciting and beautiful place to explore. There’s a wealth of cultural and geographical wonder here as well as our famous friendliness; I would encourage everyone to take the time to visit if given the chance.
