Tokyo Blue Note, Aoyama

The ultimate must do for jazz lovers...

If you’re a jazz lover, you should already know – that this is the premire place to see the world’s top jazz performers. From fushion, to contemporary to avant garde – all of the greats have played here; From Miles Davis to Marcus Miller. I’ve been here 3 times…saw Lizz Wright, Roy Hargrove, and (just a few weeks ago) ROberta Flack…and I cannot rave about this place enough! A litle pricey, but as a jazz lover – you should know that life is short and you need to treat yourself, not cheat yourself (at least every once in a while). Located down the way from the infamous Omotesando Hills shopping district in hip and modern section of tokyo…you will not be dissapointed!

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Home sweet home

Well….maybe not so sweet, but very rich in culture and history…the beautiful city of brotherly love….

if for no other reason…everyone should go there at least once for the cheese steaks, you’ve never had a real one till you’ve had one there!!!!

An Aquired Taste

The first time I went to Korea, I wasn’t lucky enough to see the nice parts…I was stuck in the ghetto of Busan (there is nothing nice in the backstreets except the fake Fendi bags…). But the second time I went, I got to see another side of its surprisingly full history and culture that I was never aware of before. It’s a great place to got sightseeing (if your into that kinda thing). If you get an opportunity, get out, and go to as many cultural sites, and museums as you can. Also, try the food too! ( I don’t recommend the cat, but the dog is ok, lol).
