Awesome concert venue! I’ve only been there three times. The first to see Stevie Nicks in ‘98. DMB in ‘02. Then I went to the Warped Tour in ‘05. Worth the drive but wear plenty of sunblock if you’re spending the day there.

For the last eight years I’ve visited Manzanita in July/August. If you’re ever on the Oregon coast definately take a little time to check it out. Smaller but more relaxed than Cannon Beach and Seaside.

I saw Sleater-Kinney there 12/29/05. Good show. Good venue. I even got the girls to sign my sister’s yearbook which I had on had to serve as picture ID for someone who came with me.

Unless you’re into the whole Lewis-Clark Expedition or honkeys there’s not a whole lot going on here.
