awesome!

don’t go to the observation deck, go to the lounge and order a mixed drink for half the price and none of the hassle you’ll get just to walk into the sears tower’s observation deck (nevermind the line at the sears tower which frequently wraps around the block)

just don’t get the spinach dip :o

Sears Tower

for the **ing $20 entrance fee you get to be herded into a vertically-travelling cattlecar and stare out at the skyline until they kick you out ten minutes later for the next batch of tourists

or you can go to the top of the john hancock building, a mere 60 feet or so below the height of the observation deck at the sears tower, and spend your $20 on two high-quality mixed drinks of your choice while you lounge around for however long you want

The Birthplace of All Tabasco Sauce

Take the guided tour, but when you’re dumped out at the gift shop, ask the person at the register for ‘Pepper Mash’. You will pay $2 per gallon and be told to go around back to the factory entrance to pick it up. Not only will you get some of the best spice for your future cooking for dirt cheap, but any one of the factory guys will happily take you up onto the cat walks for a guided tour of their entire production facilities!

It’s a trip!
