Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Red Rocks Park

FLASH FLOOD

I was here for a concert and then we had a raging flood. 5+ feet of rushing water knocking thousands of teenagers down. The temp dropped 40 degrees in an instant. We had to huddle together and keep warm and wait for rescue (the roads washed out). Back at my hotel I put my clothes on the heater. My white socks dried as red sandstone sculptures. The park was really really cool. Tall formations jutting out of nowhere to the heavens… wild stuff.

Devil's Punchbowl, Oregon Coast

One of the coolest things I have ever seen

A rock formation that works with the tide. If you are lucky to be here at sunset when the tide has come in, it will blow your freakin mind.
