I visited PEI a LONG time ago... 1974
My wife and I planned on camping for one day on PEI and ended up staying for a week.
We stayed at Arthur and Elva Profitt’s Farm Tourist Home near Kensington, PEI in the summer of 1974. One of the most enjoyable things was a church basement lobster dinner with the Profitts and an elderly lady from Boston who was on her 18th visit to PEI.
PEI is a very memorable place. The red soil, the beaches, but especially, the people! The ferry ride was enjoyable too!
