    AVCon

    Worth visiting!

AVCon, Adelaide's anime and video game convention  — 2 years ago

Takes place at Adelaide Uni every year in July. At $20 for the two-day pass, it’s the cheapest con in Australia.

    Computer History Museum

This looks great!  — 2 years ago

I really need to go here, no matter what, when I get to the States (which is not going to be for at least 3 years).

Hotel Yorba (read all 2 entries…)

this is the same one as mentioned in the song.  — 2 years ago

    According to http://www.songfacts.com/detail.lasso?id=2942

“The Hotel Yorba is a real hotel. It is located in a run-down section of Detroit on Lafayette Boulevard, near a bus station. Jack White grew up in Detroit and heard rumors about the hotel when he was growing up.”

In other words, this is the Hotel Yorba mentioned in the White Stripes song.
