This is my favorite place in Georgia. If I ever decided to return to Georgia and live after college, I would only settle for Savannah. It’s a great place to be if you can appreciate the way of life there.

Use to live here, not a bad place at all compared to other towns in Georgia.

The town itself is pretty quaint, but there’s nothing much there at all. I went for a conference at MSU in early November of this year, and I had a great time! The people that I met were very sheltered. I was talking with a senior at MSU, and he was showing us a Baptist church in the downtown area. I mentioned to him that I wasn’t religious, and he looked at me like I was a little crazy. He then informed my group and I that he knew of one Catholic kid at the university, but whispers he was from Ohio. Nice people! Great scenery! My cell phone didn’t work the entire time I was there either.
