Arlington, Massachusetts
I Grew Up Here
It’s a calm, cheerful little suburb of Boston. I found it a pretty reasonable place to grow up, all around. Quick public transit to downtown and a family-friendly neighborhood.

over 5 years agoThis museum is probably the most awesome I’ve ever visited. The museum gives a rich, interactive tour through the history ANDACTUALITY of the Parisian sewer system. That’s right, the museum itself is in the sewers, no joke. It’s amazing. Look out for the Indiana Jones-sized “flushing ball”. This museum rocks.
over 5 years agoKairouan is only a few hours’ taxi (louage) ride from Tunis, but is absolutely worth visiting. The mosque is incredible, but more importantly, the people are very kind and, being less touristed and more rustic, seems a more rugged and authentic experience than places like Sousse. The alleys of the medina here will blow your mind.
