…the little girls forced to hawk cheap jewellry along the way makes me indescribably sad. Please don’t buy anything from them; they never see the money and should be in school. If their “bosses” see that the practice isn’t lucrative they’ll likely stop sending the kids out there.
about 1 year agoThe long-tailed macaques that live in the forest are perfectly comfortable sitting on your shoulder, uninvited, and playing with your hair. They will also unzip your bag, steal your stuff, and run away with it. They’re cute, but be warned.
about 1 year agoKuta Beach is big and broad, and when the sun goes down the colors are all reflected on the wet sand. Grab a Bintang and a good-looking friend and watch the sun go down together.
