Why I want to go to this place

My other half’s been to Barcelona twice, while I’ve never been, so we’re going there together for a few days in November.

I’ve started trying to learn some Spanish but, knowing my aptitude for languages (or rather, lack thereof), I’ll probably only know 40 or 50 words when I go.

Loved it

Spent the first couple of hours wondering why people loved such a filthy place, but then I looked up at the buildings instead of down at the pavements. Gorgeous. Must go back.
