It’s really expensive and they hardly ever change the exhibits. NEVER buy a family membership—it’s the same every time. It’s a gorgeous building, but the management is horrible.

Be sure to take the walking tour of the neighborhood—it’s fascinated for those interested in architecture!

This is a great airport for the midwest because the prices are really low compared to other airports in the general area. It’s no feat of architecture or engineering… nothing that I would go out of my way to see, but don’t rule it out as a way to travel!

I visited the Steamboat Arabia Museum many years ago when I was a kid (9 – 11 years of age?!) and remember being absolutely fascinated. If it held my interest at that age… it’s gotta be pretty awesome! I still remember some of the things they had set up. They found a bottle of cologne/parfume and sent it to be chemically analyzed and then reproduced it. How cool is that? You could have cologne from the 1800’s!

I really enjoyed my vacation to Maine, but I must be honest in saying that my vacation to Boston was much better. I stayed quite a way outside of Boston in a Victorian home a block from the beach. I got all of the small-town charm of Maine with access to Boston. I think Maine would be great for a week-end home to relax in and take it easy. It’s ideal for those who like to take things slow. It’s not for everyone, but it’s worth visiting. The geography of Maine is undeniably gorgeous! :-)

Go to Nice instead! There’s more to do, for less money, and the view’s the same. Cannes seemed really expensive in comparison and I didn’t get an embracing sense of the culture. I didn’t stay there very long, but I could tell that Nice was better. Monaco would even be preferred. :-)

Of the many cities I visited or passed through on my trip to Southern France, this was far-and-away my favorite! The pebble-rock beach is wonderful, there’s exquisite shopping (and not at horrendous prices), local culture, beautiful weather, and everything one could ask for! Spend a few days here, at the very least.

The history, architecture, art, and overall culture of Boston is simply incredible. Everyone ought to come to Boston at least once in their life. I would definitely consider living in Boston. The public transportation was efficient and fast. The weather is beautiful in the summer and there’s something for everyone. One of the best cities in America, in my opinion.
