Sadly, this attraction will be closing on September 1st, 2008. (Not sure if that’s the last day it’s open or the first day it’s closed.) If you want to see it, you’d better hurry and make arrangements.

This is a great petting zoo style farm with deer and several other types of animals. It’s worth a visit if you have kids or if you love animals.

I want to go back again, soon and often.

There was an event beginning and it was a zoo. Oops. Fortunately, if you tell them you didn’t meant to turn in to the parking lot, they let you leave without paying.

Not really worth it. If you have a young child, perhaps 8 years or younger, it might be worth visiting, but it’s expensive for what you get. My 10 year old was only mildly interested, since he is still into Bionicles, but my 12 year old was bored silly, and frankly, so was I. The rides are unoriginal, slow, and dull. Not much entertainment, either. The cities made out of Legos were somewhat interesting, if you’re in the right mood.

One tip, though – older kids (maybe 9-15) will love the Lego Mindstorm classes, where they teach you how to program the Mindstorm robots to do specific tasks. Sign up for a class right away when you get there, in case the classes fill up.

Sure would love it, but I don’t know anyone with a membership. Sigh.

The creme brulee french toast is not to be missed!

Don’t go on a hot day. No air conditioning and lots of trapped heat. Ugh.

There’s a guy who hides behind fake bushes and jumps out and scares you and then demands money. :-P (If you’re male, he says, “Be a man, put money in the can.” If you’re female, he tells you it’s probably the best thrill you’ve had in years!)
