Very interesting architecture. I had never seen a fully fortified city before. Can’t help but feeling like I was transported to the middle ages.
Appreciate the experience, but one visit is really enough. Too small for a repeat visit.
I think it’s a good example of how a city should be.
I was only there for two days, so can’t comment much, but I did enjoy being at Las Rambles and Plaça Reial.

I was there for three weeks in December. The city indeed never sleeps. Reminded me of Manhattan a bit, but even in Manhattan there’s no traffic jam on 6 AM on a Sunday. Plus, the people are way nicer.
What can I say, I also love the architecture, the food (mmm…jamon serrano), chocolate y churros at Chocolateria San Gines. Ah…tengo ganas de regresar!
Madrid is NOT Barcelona, but it’s definitely worth a visit.
