I am sure that I wouldn’t regret going to Oslo (Norway, Europe).
In fact, this is another top city in the world.
Oslo has a humid continental climate. Summers are mild or even warm, with daily high temperatures. The highest temperature ever recorded was 35 °C on July 21, 1901. Heatwaves occur several times every summer, from June to late August.
The winter is cold/chilly and wet. Temperatures can drop down to -20 °C or more when there is a high pressure and blue skies. Temperatures have tended to be higher in recent years.
The annual average precipitation is 763 mm, with winter being somewhat drier than summer.
The crime rate of this city is one of the tenth lowest in the world, which sounds very good for the country.
As transports, it offers trains, sea, air, and public transports, such as buses.
It also counts many institutions of higher learning, like University of Oslo, Oslo University College, Norwegian School of Management, Norwegian School of Information Technology, Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Norwegian University of Sport and Physical Education, Norwegian Lutheran School of Theology, Norwegian University of Life Sciences…
Oslo now has over 50 schools, colleges and universities in itself alone.
It also has the “Transport and Environmental Affairs” that focuses on environmental issues.
Finally, cooperation agreements have been signed with the following cities/regions:
Gothenburg, Sweden
Schleswig-Holstein, Germany
Shanghai, People’s Republic of China
St.Petersburg, Russia
Vilnius, Lithuania
and Warsaw, Poland.
Might be a beautiful city!

It would be amazing someday to go to Vancouver city, in Canada. I mean, it is the second top city in the world.
It deserves to have a presentation of mine, no?
The climate of Vancouver is a moderate oceanic climate tempered by the warm Japan Current. The city is also sheltered by the mountains of Vancouver Island, to the west. These influences contribute to making Vancouver the warmest of Canada’s major cities.
The crime rate is just as low as Melbourne’s, which is THE top city.
On what concerns transports, it offers bus service, sky train, west coast express, seabus, cycling, airports, rails, ferries, taxicabs…
It has an exemplar education, with Elementary schools, High schools, “stubs”, universities(for an example, Vancouver University Worldwide).
It also focuses on the environment with forests care, raincoast conservation, fondations like GreenPeace, EcoForestry Institute, and lots of environmental issues that the government takes care of.
The city is the second largest in Canada with a high percentage of visible minority and immigrant populations. In 2001, 49% of the city’s total population was of visible minority background, compared to 44.8% in 1996. The three most numerous groups of recent immigrants are of Chinese, Filipino and Indian origin. The classification of “recent immigrants” refers to those who immigrated in the last five years. The people of Vancouver also speak a multitude of languages. Based on the 2001 Census figures, 49.4% (261,365) of the city’s population identified English as their mother tongue, while 50.6% (267,545) identified a language other than English as their mother tongue. Other than English, other languages spoken at home include: Chinese (26.6 % of total), Punjabi (2.7%), Tagalog (Filipino, 2.4%), Vietnamese (2.2%), French (1.7%), and Spanish (1.5%).

I would really like to visit Melbourne City, located in Australia (Oceania), because this is the top city in the world. So here I am going to present you this amazing city:
Its got an oceanic climate, notable for its changeable weather conditions, which really ranks Melbourne better. Besides that, its crime rate is considered very low. Also, it offers diverses ways of transport, like trams, suburban rails, bus, taxis, long distance rails, airports, roads, cycling, sea…Education is another good thing in Melbourne, which is home to some of the nation’s oldest educational institutions, including the oldest Law(1857), Engineering (1860), Medical(1862), Dental(1897) and Music(1891) schools, all at the University of Melbourne. The University of Melbourne is also the oldest university in Victoria and the second oldest university in Australia. St. Mary’s Primary School, Williamstown, is the oldest school in Victoria and Scotch College (1851) is the oldest secondary school. Ormiston House, the junior school of Camberwell Anglican Girls Grammar School, established in 1848, is the oldest girls’ primary school on the Australian mainland. Melbourne is home to the largest secondary school in Australia, Haileybury College. Melbourne’s two largest and most prestigious tertiary institutions are the University of Melbourne and Monash University. Both are members of the Group of Eight. Melbourne University ranked second among Australian universities in the 2006 THES international rankings. While The Times Higher Education Supplement ranked the University of Melbourne as the 22nd best university in the world, Monash University was ranked the 38th best university in the world. Monash University is said to be Australia’s largest University, based on student numbers. Although non-tertiary public education is free, 35% of students attend a private primary or secondary school.The most numerous private schools are Catholic, and the rest are independent(see Public and Private Education in Australia). Most high schools in Melbourne are called ‘Secondary Colleges’.
I would also say that Melbourne has many projects that focus on environnement, just as diverses culture and events: Melbourne is known as an Australian cultural and sport capital, and is the spiritual home of Australian rules football. The city celebrates a wide variety of annual cultural events, performing arts and architecture. Melbourne is also considered to be Australia’s live music capital with a large proportion of successful Australian artists emerging from the Melbourne live music scene.
Its diversity is another interesting thing about this city : it has a lot of languages, and religions (as examples), such as catholicism, anglicanism, greek orthodoxy / English, Italian…
The city also has “connections with the rest of the world”: Melbourne has six sister cities = Osaka, Tianjin, Thessaloniki, Boston, Saint Petersburg, Milan.
Concerning health, Melbourne counts 30 public hospitals in this metropolitan region, and 13 health services organisations.
Great city, ain’t it?!

I want to study after school at Wharton Business School because in my opinion, this is the best school in the world for people who want to do economy. Another reason for me to want to go there, is that I’d love to start my project of living in America there.
It is located in a beautiful city, which I visited last July.
