Boston, Massachusetts

Summer 2005

I went to a summer school near Boston last July, and I went to two trips to the actual city; I’ve walked half of it there and back again, and it’s just beautiful! The parks, the harbour, the architecture… I loved every bit of it. It is definitely worth visiting, and I only wish I could have stayed there for a couple of weeks or something, get the essence of it. Nevertheless, it was very nice, even for a short visit.

Paris, Ile de France

Paris holds the key to your heart...

It’s like this: my best friend and I have made like a promise to each other, that in two years from now, when I actually finish high school, we will go together to PARIS! Visit the Louvre and generally all the places described in the DaVinci code, see my French friends that I met in summer school… It’s gonna rock! (Provided, of course, that it actualy happens… :P)

London, England

London! Oh yeah!

London is like a dream in my distant (or not so distant) future. I’ve been obsessed with all-things-British since I was 11, and living in London is a must-do. Besides the capital of England (which is, like, HEAVEN in itself), London represents freedom for me. It means I’ll be where I want, living my own life and making my own decisions instead of following orders. I never expected to say this, but I can’t wait to grow up. Not in the sense of growing up, but in the sense of breaking away from here.

(here = Greece… and everything I’m surrounded by, family and all.)
