over 7 years agothis place is completely breathtaking — you have to see it in person at some point or another. definitely worth seeing in person.
over 7 years agocan i please say how completely DISGUSTED i am that this is turning into a big tourist trap? am i alone on this?
over 7 years agotiffany’s! i love this place. being as i am but a poor liberal arts student right now, i have yet to be able to actually afford anything from here; however, it’s still nice to browse around & occasionally try fancy things on. or at least stand outside & look at the display window through oversized sunglasses while muching a croissant, a la audrey hepburn… ;]
over 7 years agoi have a love-hate relationship with this place. the place itself is pretty nice, but these days it’s just overrun with pretentious art students & tacky hipsters. ugh.
over 7 years agothere’s really no reason to go here. it’s nothing but a big tourist trap. trust me.
over 7 years agois there anything worth seeing in delaware, really? i’ve driven through it a few times… it just seems like one huge turnpike. not impressive.
over 7 years agothe people here are so friendly!
i love maryland, especially baltimore. it’s beautiful, & such a fun city in general. i haven’t been there in years, but i would love to go back.
over 7 years agola’haina is a great place to shop, dine, drink, & generally hang out in the evenings — it’s full of lively people, gorgeous scenery, & a charming atmosphere. if you plan on staying in maui, you MUST check it out. this is one of those places i definitely wouldn’t mind living at some point… :]
over 7 years agoif you go to hawai’i, try to make it a point to visit pearl harbor — it’s an extremely powerful place & an immensely important part of world history. i’m so glad i got to see it for myself.
