Movies in Delaware

I crossed the border from Maryland with three friends to see “Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood”. I don’t really remember much about Delaware. It was green, and the theatre wasn’t crowded.

It’s lonely when I’m not working, though.

Midtown Music Festival

I went to the Midtown Music Festival in Atlanta. Excellent music festival. Go if you get the chance…there is every type of music showcased there.

I used to live here until Hurricane Katrina. I miss it. I want to move back. I visit as often as I can.

I grew up here

It great for camping and hiking (and rock climbing, so I’ve been told). Go in the spring or fall, when the weather is cool, because it can get very hot in the summer.

If you are going to San Francisco...

The friend I was visitng had to work, so I borrowed her bike and rode along the Embarcadaro, from Giant’s Stadium to The Golden Gate Bridge. It took me all day, and sometimes it was hard to find a bathroom when I had to pee, but it was an amazing way to see the city.

Two Funny Girls

My best friend and I went to New York a few years ago. We went to some comedy shows that were free, met some local comedians and ended up hanging out with them. We are funny girls who do not earn our livings doing stand-up. These comedians didn’t much like our jokes. I think they were threatened because while they were pretty funny on the stage, they weren’t all that funny in normal conversation. Sometimes I wonder if they are using our jokes in their routines now.
