Roncesvalles, Old Toronto West
Butler's Cafe
My wife and I lived her in 1995 and 1996. I can say without hesitation that our favourite eatery + coffee shop in the area was (and remains) the Butler’s Cafe.

over 5 years agoI lived in the Bloor West Village between 1992 and 1994. Back then our local cinema was located on the Southwest corner of Bloor and Runnymede. I remember distinctly the last movie I saw there: Forest Gump. At some point in the early 2000s the theatre was converted to a Chapters bookstore. The architects who designed the layout of the bookstore took pains to maintain the charm of the old theatre.
